LRR 189:

The Springboks

Despite the lack of Canadian presence (and therefore, not important at all,) the Rugby World Cup concluded with the Final, where the Springboks defeated the All Blacks, by a tense 12-11, to win their 4th men’s Rugby World Cup!

Stu and Derek give their thoughts on the game, and the Springboks' place in rugby history.

Back in North America, it was a busy week in Major League Rugby, with plenty of Canadian player movement across the teams, as well as the announcement of the new Arrows head coach, as well as news of a change in format for the 2024 MLR season.

Over to Rugby Canada, with the women's team losing to England in round 2 of WXV, and the men's team announcing the touring squad for their series in Spain.
