The Toronto Arrows put in an improved perfromance following a heavy defeat to the New England Free Jacks the week prior. Scrumhalf Ross Braude led the way with two tries for the Arrows. The Arrows would also add a penalty try on the final play of the match. Unfortunately, it was not enough as the Seawolves handed the Arrows a 36-27 defeat.
