Welcome to Le Rouge Rugby’s New Home

We are incredibly excited to launch lerougerugby.ca, as the new home of Canada’s favourite rugby podcast! The new website is also part of a rebranding that sees us introduce a new logo and wordmark that can be seen across all our channels!

Le Rouge Rugby is a podcast created by Dan Murphy and Derek Bressette in April 2019, with the goal of celebrating all the great stories in Canadian rugby. Episode 28 saw the addition of Stu Hardy to the team. Currently, the podcast is hosted Derek and Stu (although Dan seems keen to make a few return appearances).

Le Rouge Rugby strives to provide the most in-depth coverage rugby across Canada, and it is our hope that by expanding beyond being just a podcast, we will be able to do exactly that. The website will be home to over 150 episodes of Le Rouge Rugby Podcast, featuring plenty of discussion on the latest news surrounding the Rugby Canada national teams, Toronto Arrows, Major League Rugby, Canadian club rugby, USports rugby, grassroots rugby, and anything else we can think of. We have had plenty of great conversations with some unreal guests, and it is time to evolve beyond the podcast.

We will now be introducing two new blogs to the Canadian rugby landscape; the first is Le Rouge Rugby Blog, a blog that will focus on news and opinions on the biggest stories related to Canadian rugby. The second blog will be The Blackbox, a blog dedicated to providing the best coverage of the Toronto Arrows. The Blackbox will be your premier destination for Arrows match coverage, team news, and player interviews.

We are thrilled to be launching our new website, and can’t wait to get started!
