Stu & Derek start off with the new CBA between Rugby Canada and the Canadian Rugby Players Association, before getting into Pacific Four Series updates, and World Rugby’s report into online abuse.

As the Canada Sevens approach, the lads welcome Sophie de Goede & Antoine Dupont, and thank the retiring Bianca Farella, before turning attention to the Vancouver Swans (not to be confused with the Vancouver Highlanders - and their signings,) the jerseys for the Atlantic Privateers, and trying to get some results from the MLR pre-season.
