LRR 200:

Joining the Pack,
feat. Mitch Richardson

Ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls, and that thechnicolour rainbow in between…we have reached our 200th EPISODE!!!

To celebrate this milestone, we sat down with Toronto Arrows legend, Canadian international, and Dallas Jackals centre, Mitch Richardson!

Mitch talks to the lads about his career so far, starting with Stoney Creek, playing for the McMaster Marauders, being involved as the Ontario Blues became the Toronto Arrows, and being drafted to the Jackals.

The discussion continues with Mitch regaling his international aspirations, being called up to play against Tonga, getting his first try against Spain, and having some very special supporters on his latest tour.

We wish to thank Mitch, and all our other guests on the podcast so far, as well as the Toronto Arrows for being the inspiration for the podcast, Dan Murphy for staring the podcast, and you - yes, you - reading this now. We appreciate your support as we continue to highlight real Canadian rugby, and look forward to all the episodes yet to come.

- Stu & Derek
