Six months on from the demise of the Toronto Arrows, their legacy lives on in the Arrows Academy. On this episode, the lads are joined by Executive Director, Tim Matthews, and Head Coach, Jamie Cudmore.

We begin with how the Academy is able to continue after the MLR club folded, bringing in new coaches, providing opportunities for players, and more.

Then, it's a look at the new East Coast Rugby Championship, an upcoming East vs West match, and the decisions that need to be made before the team turns to Halifax, as they aim to retain the Coast-to-Coast Cup!

First though, preparations are being made for an exhibition game, as the Academy taking on the Atlantic Privateers, this Saturday!
